Mardi Gras is in the books. Thousands of people screamed, made signs, scrambled, and even fought for those precious, magical beads. Now, they’re suddenly junk. What to do with all this clutter? Here’s a simple solution. Donate it!
LARC’s “Mardi Gras Beads – N – More” provides jobs for developmentally challenged individuals. They sort by size, bundle by the dozen then bag them for resale.
You can drop your beads off at Acadian Village, 303 New Hope Road, Monday – Friday, 9 am – 2:30 pm, or any Goodwill location.
