The Pointer Sisters – Break Out
The tenth studio album by the American female group The Pointer Sisters, Break Out, was released in 1983. It is considered the most successful album by the group. Break Out is largely considered the biggest recording success by the group spawning four US top 10 hits as well as multiple top 10 hits in the UK. Break Out brought hits to the forefront such as: “Jump,” “Automatic,” “Neutron Dance,” and “Nightline.”
Otis Redding – Complete & Unbelievable: The Otis Redding Dictionary of Soul
Simply known as Dictionary of Soul, the fifth studio album by American soul singer-songwriter Otis Redding released in 1966. It was the last solo album released by Redding before his death. Dictionary of Soul peaked at number 73 and 5 on the Billboard 200 as well as the R&B LP Charts respectively. Dictionary of Soul hosts a handful of hits such as: “Fa-Fa-Fa-Fa-Fa (Sad Song),” “Tennessee Waltz,” “Try a Little Tenderness,” and “Day Tripper.”
