Little Feat – Dixie Chicken

Little Feat’s third studio album Dixie Chicken was released in 1973. It is easily considered Little Feat’s landmark album establishing a sound that would eventually be lost by the replacement of band members. It features hit songs such as “Dixie Chicken”, “Roll Um Easy”, and “Walkin’ All Night”.

 

Linda Ronstadt – Simple Dreams

Simple Dreams is Ronstadt’s eighth studio album released in 1977 then re-released in 1986 as a cassette format. It is widely recognized a the most successful album of Ronstadt’s career. It features hits such as “It’s So Easy”, “Carmelita”, and “Blue Bayou”.
