Renowned musician and producer Steven Wilson has provided a new audio mix, available in 5.1 surround sound and Dolby Atmos formats. The film captures Pink Floyd performing seminal tracks such as “Echoes,” “A Saucerful of Secrets,” and “One of These Days,” all set against the evocative backdrop of Pompeii’s ruins.

Accompanying the film’s re-release, a standalone live album titled Pink Floyd at Pompeii – MCMLXXII will be available for the first time. Scheduled for release on May 2, 2025, the album will be offered in multiple formats, including CD, vinyl, digital audio, and Dolby Atmos. This provides fans with a comprehensive auditory experience of the iconic performance.

The film also includes behind-the-scenes footage of the band working on their landmark album, The Dark Side of the Moon, at Abbey Road Studios.

Tickets for the theatrical release will be available starting March 5, 2025, through the official Pink Floyd website and participating theater box offices. Fans are encouraged to secure their tickets early, as this limited engagement is expected to attract significant interest.
