If there’s one thing we know about Louisiana, it’s that we love to do it big. From our festivals to Mardi Gras, there’s an excess of fun and parties.
According to a recent study by WalletHub, the state of Louisiana landed in the top three of the most sinful states, behind Nevada and California.
The study compared all 50 states based on 47 different indicators of immoral and illicit behavior. It comes as no surprise that Nevada leads the nation in gambling while Louisiana comes in at sixth. The Pelican State landed in the top five of some of the bigger categories, including first in the nation in thefts per capita.
It also landed at the top of the rankings in the sins of jealousy and excess and vices. You can read up on the full list and more here
