This week, Festival International de Louisiane presented by LUS Fiber has leaked two 2023 performers just shy of the Official Premiere Party.
This weekend attendees at the February 26 Premiere party will be the first to see the entire lineup for this year!
According to Festival International, Angélique Kidjo of Benin will return to the stages Festival this April! This artist is a fan favorite and a five-time GRAMMY Award winner. Time Magazine has called her “Africa’s premier diva”, and named her one of the 100 most influential people in the world for 2021.
Organizers from Festival International also revealed that the Ghanaian superstar Rocky Dawuni, will also be performing this year. Dawuni is a three-time GRAMMY-nominated singer, songwriter, producer, and activist.
The Premier Party event will announce the full lineup this Sunday, including an exceptional Bicentennial performance.
