A local book store is moving from a location in Carencro that it had occupied for 35 years.
According to an article by Developing Lafayette, The Book Rack in Carencro is relocating to the Westmark Shopping Center on Congress Street. The article states that the new location is centrally located and will allow more people in Lafayette able to access to the store.
The Book Rack has in been business since 1982 and was located at edge of Gloria Switch near the I-49 frontage road.
